APPLICATION SERVICES PROVIDER (ASP) - Most of the staff at STI have managed large IT departments and know only too well the demands that are placed on IT resources. In an effort to minimize the strain placed on IT we provide secure portal access to Merlin software solutions hosted and managed by Storan Technologies Inc. We will work with your IT department to ensure compliance with all corporate policies and will appear as an extension of your internal IT infrastructure.
INSTALLED - Merlin software solutions hosted in your facility and managed by your team. This is the more traditional approach to software purchases. Our implementation team will work with you IT department and business group to ensure a successful installation of our Merlin software.
MANAGED SERVICES - Provide analysis and/or process out-sourcing using Merlin software solutions and a fully staffed model. Sometimes you just need to have something done. With this model STI will provide an end to end solution to your business needs.
